Let's define your leadership story.

YOU WANT TO GROW - NOT JUST IN YOUR ROLE, BUT AS A LEADER WHO INSPIRES, EMPOWERS, AND MAKES AN IMPACT. BUT SOMETIMES, DESPITE YOUR BEST EFFORTS, OBSTACLES GET IN THE WAY. THE NOISE DISTRACTS. THE PATH FORWARD ISN'T ALWAYS CLEAR.

THAT'S WHERE I CAN HELP.

You've got goals and ideas, the drive to achieve them, and a heart for your work and your team.

competitive advantage

For seasoned leaders in athletics: front offices to athletic directors,
head coaches & championship-caliber staffs

Today I work with team leaders who know they can be more effective communicators,
more resilient decision-makers,
more intentional culture builders, and
more capable of aligning elite talent around shared purpose.

My background is shaped by service, teamwork, and a firsthand understanding of what strong leadership can make possible. After playing Division I baseball, I began my career as a Navy special operations helicopter pilot and instructor pilot—a role where trust, clarity, and decisive action were essential.

Returning to the U.S. Naval Academy as a professor, I directed the Leadership Encounter program for Division I team captains and developed the leadership coaching program for the USNA athletic department. These experiences reinforced my belief in the value of strong culture, intentional leadership, and resilience under pressure.

Working with Navy baseball as Director of Player Development and advisor to the new head coach, the three areas of my own development were able to translate to the team's growth: my operational experiences; executive coaching skills and training; and on-the-ground application of theory from a Master's in Leadership from Georgetown University.

My Story

The challenge isn't access to information; it's finding a trusted partner who understands the human side of performance at the highest level and both the art and science of sustainable excellence. I work with teams to move principles into real contexts for culture, accountability, and adaptive leadership that drives outcomes under pressure.

I help elite leaders and teams transform principles into practice

Coaching gives me a front-row seat to the moments when leaders reconnect with their purpose, sharpen their impact, and find clarity in who they are and how they lead. There are few things more rewarding than seeing a leader grow into the best version of themselves.

Whether we're on the practice field together or having a deep coaching session, I'm driven by service - guiding others to lead with intention, build meaningful cultures, and make lasting impact.

Every session, every discussion is a chance FOR ME to help someone show up more fully - for their team, their mission, and themselves.

Throughout my military career, I lived at the intersection of high performance, human development, and structured systems thinking.

After transitioning out of the military, I facilitated executive-level growth experiences and worked directly with influencers across organizations to help them harness strengths, navigate complexity, and lead with clarity.

What sets my work apart is the application of leadership principles as informed by real experience and rigorous data-driven frameworks. And most importantly, a deep respect for the people within the organizations
and the work that they do.
